Unmatched: The Witcher – Steel and Silver is a standalone asymmetric skirmish set for two or three players. Geralt of Rivia changes gear between steel and silver swords, Ciri grows more dangerous as her deck develops, and the Ancient Leshen commands an eerie network of companions. Each fighter uses a unique deck, health dial, miniature, and special ability; turns consist of two actions chosen from maneuvering, schemes, and attacks. Combat is deterministic card play rather than dice rolling, so hand knowledge, positioning, boost values, and timing decide every exchange. Two Witcher battlefields, including Kaer Morhen, introduce their own routes and tactical choke points. Every fighter and map integrates with the wider Unmatched system, but this box contains everything required to play. Reduce every opposing hero to zero health and prove there are no equals on the Continent.
