Regicide Legacy expands the famously lean cooperative card battle into a twelve-mission campaign. The Golden Blade Syndicate enters a corrupted Deccaria, using limited hands and tightly constrained communication to defeat waves of royal enemies. Mission one teaches the original Regicide system: suits grant powers, card values become attacks, and the party must collectively survive retaliation. Later envelopes add enemies, objectives, classes, equipment, and rule changes that reshape how familiar cards work. Victories earn upgrades and recruit new adventurers from a forty-character roster, while failures demand a sharper plan rather than simple repetition. Hand management remains the heart of play—players must infer one another’s needs, decide when to push damage, and preserve the suit effects that keep the group alive. Although the campaign unfolds in sequence, its unlocked content ultimately supports an enduring replayable mode. Solo play and groups up to four share the same cooperative tension.
