Over the Top is the WWI version of the original 1986 Command Decision (WWII operational level miniature rules). Uses platoon level stands and a vehicle scale of 1:5. Uses the same basic system as the WWII counterpart but also covers special situations specific to WWI (trench warfare, air power, chemical warfare, tanks).
