Overview

As a major Development Corporation, you deal in land and construction. You race your competitors to acquire valuable property, you sell key plots of land at inflated prices, you construct buildings to bring in a high return on your investment. Where to buy, when to sell, when to build, what to build --those are the questions! A classic game in the same vein as Big City or Metropolis (q.v.). from Waddington ad dated 1976: "Land, one of the hottest commodities in the economic world today! Everyone is scrambling for it - developers, speculators, and the poor guy who just wants a place to live. Now you can find out what all the excitement is about. the shrewd purchase of land, the skyrocketing profits, the grouping of property into larger holdings, the construction of high revenue buildings! It's all in Land Grab!!"
