The First Crusade is a solitaire wargame system covering the First Crusade of 1097-99. The player controls Crusader and allied Byzantine and Cilician Armenian forces. The game system controls Muslim forces (Seljuk Turks and Fatimids) as well as the Assassins. The objective of the player is to reconquer the Holy Land while accomplishing various quests in the name of Christendom. Components: One 22" x 34" map & 176 counters. S&T #299, May 2016.
