Blokus Shuffle: UNO Edition is a wild take on traditional Blokus. The object of the game hasn't changed - play as many of your pieces as possible onto the board by following the one rule of Blokus: each piece you play must touch another of your pieces only at the corner. The twist? Each player has a deck of action cards at their disposal to really change up the game. On your turn you'll play an action card, then play your piece, then refill your hand. The cards are UNO-themed and let you do a variety of things. Traditional UNO standbys like Skip, Reverse, and Draw 2 are in there, but Blokus Shuffle also includes powerful new abilities like Warp, Recycle, and Edge-to-Edge. When no one can play anymore pieces, the game ends and the player with the fewest unplayed pieces wins. —description from the designer
