Welcome To...: Collector's Edition gathers the original flip-and-write city builder and its thematic neighborhood system in a reusable dry-erase production. Every round, three construction cards are paired with three effects. All players simultaneously choose one pair, write its house number into a valid ascending street, and use the associated action. Surveyors divide streets with fences, landscapers grow parks, pool makers reward the right addresses, real-estate agents improve estate values, and temporary workers bend the numbering rules. City plans race the table toward shared objectives, while mistakes and missed opportunities can force permit refusals and bring the game to an early close. Because everyone acts from the same options at the same time, a table of six plays in essentially the same compact window as a solo session. The collector box replaces paper sheets with thirty-six double-sided dry-erase boards, six markers and erasers, and organized storage. It includes the familiar classic neighborhood plus seven thematic map families, refreshed rules, thirty-five additional cards, a revised solo opponent, Roswell, Share the Dream, Quack, and the previously released seasonal, atomic, zombie, and ice-cream variants. Six artists also reinterpret the classic sheet. Each map keeps the central tension of fitting numbers into streets while changing what players value, making this a broad anthology rather than only a deluxe copy of the base game.
