Read the full game description

Flatiron is a one- or two-player city-building game about the audacious construction of New York’s famous triangular tower. Each architect moves along Broadway, Fifth Avenue, and the surrounding streets, stopping at action spaces to acquire cards, gain money, collect materials, and influence the city. Cards slide beneath a personal board so that only the chosen action or scoring edge remains visible, gradually creating an efficient engine while hiding every benefit you did not select. Floors and pillars rise on the shared Flatiron site, making the tower a physical record of both players’ choices. Newspaper objectives, council decrees, reputation, and end-game bonuses reward different rhythms of construction, while the modular street layout changes access from game to game. The solo mode preserves the same spatial and economic puzzle against an automated rival. Flatiron is compact in footprint yet full of timing pressure: the best card may be across town, the perfect floor may help both builders, and every layer locked beneath your board defines the rest of your architectural plan.
