Overview

This tells the back story of our interactive adventure book series, Cantaloop. In this series of games, you will be talking to characters, combining items to solve puzzles and exploring a unique world to get ahead in the story, just like in a classic point-and-click adventure for the computer. The prequel print & play is a standalone short story in the "Cantaloop" universe. It lets you experience the story before "Cantaloop - Book 1: Breaking into prison" and how Hook ended up in such a situation. Additionally it already teaches you the basics (and some advance mechanics) you will need to play "Cantaloop". You can choose from two different versions: the "clear text" version and the "hidden text" version. The latter is the original "Cantaloop" experience, where all the text you shouldn't see from the beginning is covered with colored scramble text. As a result you will need to use a red foil to read the text --- and your printer is probably going to request new color cartridges afterwards. There is also "clear text" version. In this version all text is readable right from the beginning and you should try to not read anything by accident, as this would include potential spoilers. —description from publisher
