Your new city is thriving. As representatives of the largest developers in the city, you take part in a competition. Whoever designs the best and most prestigious street will receive a contract to build an entire suburb. Play project cards, build houses, service centres and office blocks. The rules of the game will allow you to cleverly buy up plans and play cards on your rivals' buildings. Remember to keep an eye on your budget and the streets you build will quickly bring you a nice profit!
