Overview

Welcome to the land of the blue agave, where the town of Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico reigns supreme as the internationally recognized home of the famous drink. In Tequila, a roll and write game for 1 to 4 players with a medium complexity and a playing time of 40 minutes, you'll compete to become the top producer of this coveted drink by managing your very own tequila farm, its fields, and resources. Over the course of 8 rounds, players will need to earn prestige points by skillfully managing their tequila farms and agave fields. As each round begins, the starting player rolls the dice, marking the available actions and resources for all players. Then, simultaneously, each player uses the dice, along with a third die of their choosing, to place fences in their fields to gather resources or construct new buildings to expand their farms. But the game doesn't end there! Players can also take additional free actions, such as selling their products at the city market or using their resources to produce different varieties of tequila, as long as they have the necessary buildings. The player with the most prestige points at the end of the game will be crowned the ultimate tequila producer! —description from the designer
