Description from the publisher: In the Kingdom of Al Bisat, four teams of flying carpet riders are preparing for the annual contest held by the Sultan. Each player must guide their team through an ever-changing maze of clouds, which are controlled by the Sultan's djinn! The first team to guide their carpets safely across the game board and land on the opposing palace wins. In more detail, in Sultans of Wind players must program their actions each turn, choosing amongst eight different wind tokens. By using the wind's power, players can manipulate the board to their benefit. If they are skillful enough, maybe they can catch the djinn flying through the clouds, in which case the djinn must grant them a wish!
