In Sheep 'n' Sheep, players are shepherds who are herding and arranging sheep on their own pastures. However, sheep are picky in different ways: there are sheep who want to be alone and sheep who want to be in pairs and so on. Which player can manage to arrange sheep in the prettiest formation while still satisfying the fussy sheep? Each player places sheep cards in their own playing area (pasture) to earn the most victory points. There are grouping conditions on each card to gain VP. Cards that are connected orthogonally of the same type (to the top, bottom, right or left) are called a "group". Therefore, the main way to earn VP is to group sheep together in the head count that they desire to be grouped.
