Table feel

The My Hero Academia Collectible Card Game has a high level of direct confrontation, with battles and competitive actions having immediate impact on opponents. It also offers strategic depth through resource denial and market manipulation. Players need to pay frequent attention to others' strategies and turns. However, the game does not emphasize cooperation as much. Overall, it has a good interaction score of 7.3.

Replay value

The My Hero Academia Collectible Card Game has a high replayability score due to its strong variability, strategic depth, and scalability. The game offers different experiences each time it is played, with expansions adding new content and gameplay elements. Players have room to improve their strategy over time, and the game adapts well to different player counts. While it may take some time to learn, the depth it offers makes it worth the investment.

Luck profile

The My Hero Academia Collectible Card Game has a moderate level of luck involved. Random elements such as card draws and dice rolls have a notable impact on the game outcome, but players have substantial ability to mitigate this luck through strategic decisions and planning. The game relies on a balanced mix of luck and strategy, with player decisions and strategy playing a significant role in determining the game outcome. Overall, the game is not heavily dependent on luck, but it still plays a significant role in the gameplay.

Overview

In the My Hero Academia Collectible Card Game, you build powerful decks around the students of Class 1-A and the heroes and villains that surround them, battling rivals with cards developed around the characters and quirks of the My Hero Academia manga and anime series. Wave 1 of My Hero Academia CCG includes the 2-Player Rival Deck (with Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo), Deck-Loadable Content packs (with All Might, Tenya Iida, Ochaco Uraraka, and Tsuyu Asui), Booster Packs (more stuff for everyone), and a series of playmats featuring iconic characters from the anime. The game is compatible with previous UFS/UVS releases from Jasco Games, while designed to be more approachable for new players to the UniVersus system.
