Lure is a quick fishing game built around one sharp decision: how many dice are you willing to risk? At the start of a round, players secretly choose a bid behind their screens. Fewer dice means an earlier turn, giving cautious anglers first access to the fish on display, while a larger pool improves the odds of meeting difficult target numbers and special catch requirements. In turn order, players choose a fish and roll. Beat its target without violating its conditions and the card joins your catch; miss and later players may still reel it in. Lure tokens and varied custom dice add tactical wrinkles without slowing the pace. Because everyone commits before seeing the other bids, the table talk, bluffing, and reveal matter as much as the roll. When the fish deck runs out, the angler with the most points wins.
