Laga Jakarta is a boardgame that depicts urban lifestyle through the various role of people that life inside the capital city, satirically and humorously. Players collect resources such as Money, Skills, and Prestige to earn Points by fulfilling Dream cards and advancing through Jakarta-related personas represented by the Job cards. Each turn, an active player receives a Salary before taking an action; distributing all Action tokens from one Action Tile in clockwise/counter-clockwise fashion similar to mancala game (dropping one token for each Tile they passed), thus activating the effect of the Tile where their last token lands. The game ends when there is no News card left to open. All players then tally their Points and whoever has the most points is the winner.
