Hex-and-counter strategic level wargame covering World War II in Europe and North Africa from September 1939 to December 1945. Includes more than 400 counters representing major and minor powers in addition to special “what if” option cards. Players represent Axis and Western Allied and Soviet Allied (if there are only two players one player plays both Allied turns). Two large folded paper maps depict Eastern and Western Europe and the Mediterranean region.
