Read the full game description

Fields of Green is a four-year farm-building game in which every player drafts from the same mix of fields, livestock, constructions, and buildings, then adds one location to a growing personal landscape. Placement matters: new cards must connect to the farm, many effects care about neighbors, and the layout must leave room for future infrastructure. Water towers and silos hold the resources that keep crops and animals productive; construction and building cards create income, discounts, equipment, and scoring combinations. At each harvest, players water fields, feed livestock, pay maintenance, and collect the returns that fund the next year. Because everyone selects and reveals simultaneously, the game moves briskly while the visible supply and passed hands create meaningful competition. After the fourth harvest, stored wealth, equipment, completed locations, and printed objectives convert to victory points. It is an approachable engine builder with a tactile card landscape and a satisfying rhythm of investment, upkeep, and payoff.
