Read the full game description

This 2026 core set opens Chapter Two of Arkham Horror: The Card Game as both a fresh starting point and a continuation of the cooperative Living Card Game. One to four players choose investigators whose decks express distinct strengths, weaknesses, and roles, then explore locations, discover clues, confront enemies, and race the advancing agenda. Success and failure reshape the story, while earned experience upgrades cards between scenarios. The box introduces five mechanically new investigators, a new introductory campaign, and a fresh player-card pool designed to support deck construction from the first session. It replaces the 2021 Revised Core as the evergreen entry point, but remains compatible with previously released Arkham Horror LCG player content and campaigns. This is a narrative game where imperfect outcomes are part of the design: investigators carry trauma, choices close doors, and surviving the mystery may matter more than defeating it cleanly.
