Split into teams and race through a shared deck of famous people. In round one you can describe each name freely without saying it; in round two the same cards return but every clue is limited to one word; in round three words disappear and only gestures remain. Because the deck repeats, information accumulates around the table—an awkward clue from the first round can become the perfect shorthand later. The 30-second timer keeps turns brisk, large groups involved, and every failed memory or overcommitted mime spectacularly public.
