Table feel

tf22: reload! has a high level of direct confrontation and strategic depth, with frequent interaction among players. However, it does not emphasize cooperation as much.

Replay value

tf22: reload! has a high replayability score of 7.95 out of 10. With its high variability gameboard, impactful expansions, deep strategic possibilities, and adaptability to different player counts, the game offers a fresh and engaging experience each time it is played. The easiness to learn score falls within an acceptable range, allowing players to quickly grasp the rules while still offering enough depth for long-term enjoyment.

Luck profile

tf22: reload! has a moderate level of luck influence. Random elements have a notable but not exclusive impact on the game outcome. Players have some ability to mitigate randomness through strategic decisions and planning. The game outcome is a balanced mix of luck and strategy.

Overview

After the surprise success of TF22: LOAD! at Spiel 2012, here is a four-player version of the game: TF22: RELOAD! The white mineral from the faraway Panajay system – a catalyst that enables many new innovative production processes – is still one of the most important resources for mankind. In this pre-TF22 setting, long before the actual cargo vessels leave for planet GH-328, up to four players are captains competing to maximize the loading capacity of Robot Combat Units (RCUs) on their respective spaceships. The RCUs are supposed to assure the future protection of the Mineral Collecting Units (MCUs) on GH-328. The goal of the game is to maximize the loading of RCU containers on your spaceship in order to maintain container majorities and by doing so score the most points at the end of the second game round.
