Tales from the Red Dragon Inn takes familiar tavern heroes into a twenty-five-scenario cooperative dungeon-crawl campaign. Each scenario unfolds on one of fourteen illustrated double-sided maps and introduces its own objectives, enemies, events, and sometimes puzzles. Six heroes have distinct boards, cards, and roles that can be customized between sessions, while more than two hundred cards unlock as the five-chapter story advances. On the map, players manage initiative, movement, attacks, support effects, and positioning against enemies driven by scenario-specific priorities. A walkthrough teaches the first four scenarios, and a transformative solo mode supports one player without abandoning the party interactions at the system’s core. Sessions run roughly one to two hours, with campaign progress intended for a consistent group.
