Lead a 1920s crime family across four acts. Establish speakeasies, nightclubs, and casinos; hire goons; deliver illicit liquor; and balance attention from the police, rival families, and the outside Mafia. Workers and cards drive a dense economic puzzle while zone control, leverage, raids, goals, and cooked books determine which mobster finishes with the fullest safe.
