Every Pictomania player draws and guesses at the same time. Three word cards create a grid of possible subjects; secret symbol cards identify the exact word each player must sketch. Once drawing begins, watch the other boards while finishing your own, then spend numbered guess tokens on the pictures you think you recognise. Fast correct guesses score best, but rushing a hopeless drawing can cost points. The second edition streamlines setup and presents revised word cards while preserving Vlaada Chvátil’s clever tension between clarity, speed, and comic misinterpretation.
