Panda Royale is a ten-round dice-drafting game in which every color follows its own scoring rule. Players begin with a single yellow die, roll their current pool, and decide how to use each result. Dice may score immediately, combine into color-specific patterns, earn pity benefits, or be traded to clear awkward rogue results. At the end of a round, players draft another die from the shared supply, gradually assembling a personalized ten-die engine. Some colors reward sets, others want particular values or relationships, and the strongest collections create combinations across several rules at once. Catch-the-leader effects and take-that moments keep a broad player count involved, while simultaneous rolling maintains a brisk pace. Read the draft, improve the weak links in the pool, and finish ten rounds with the highest total.
