Choose one of fourteen civilizations—historical, legendary, or speculative—and begin with a deck whose rules, scoring, and path to empire are genuinely distinct. Play action cards into your tableau, acquire ideas and territories from the common market, manage unrest, develop into an empire, and decide when to recall cards for a stronger next cycle. Horizons adds Trade Routes and a revised rules framework while remaining compatible with Classics and Legends. Every nation also includes a dedicated solo bot whose priorities echo its multiplayer identity.
