Hitster: Music Bingo turns the app-powered music quiz into a simultaneous party game. A press of the electronic disco-ball timer selects one of four challenge categories. The active player scans a QR-coded card in the free Hitster app, the room hears the song, and everyone marks an answer on a reusable bingo board. Depending on the category, players identify a decade, artist or band, exact year, or whether the release came before or after 2000. Reveal the card, check answers, and award the matching category; the first player to complete a row or column containing all four categories wins. Its 225-song deck supports two to ten players and asks almost nothing of non-active players except listening. A compatible smartphone and music playback service are essential, while music knowledge sets the difficulty naturally.
