Great Western Trail: El Paso condenses the signature cattle-driving system into a faster, travel-friendly strategy game. Each turn, move your herder clockwise to a building, resolve its action, then replenish your hand. Cowboys improve the cattle in your deck, builders add action spaces to the trail, and engineers advance one of five railroad companies toward valuable contracts. Workers can also be discarded for immediate bonuses, making every hire both an engine piece and a tactical resource. Reaching El Paso converts the distinct breeds in hand into money and delivery rewards before the herd begins another circuit. Common buildings, variable sides, exchange tokens, objectives, and a dedicated solo rival keep routes changing. When the final delivery threshold is reached, cattle, buildings, rail progress, contracts, objectives, and money determine the winning rancher.
