Table feel

The Dragon Ball Super Card Game has a high level of direct confrontation, with battles and competitive actions having immediate impact on opponents. It also offers a good amount of strategic depth through resource denial and market manipulation. Players need to frequently pay attention to others' strategies and turns. However, the game does not emphasize cooperation as much. Overall, it has a solid interaction score.

Replay value

The Dragon Ball Super Card Game has a high replayability score due to its strong variability in gameplay, deep strategic possibilities, and adaptability to different player counts. The game offers fresh experiences each time it is played, with expansions adding new content and gameplay elements. While it may take some time to learn, the depth it offers makes it worth the investment.

Luck profile

The Dragon Ball Super Card Game has a moderate influence of luck. Random elements such as card draws and dice rolls play a notable role in determining the game outcome. However, players have substantial ability to mitigate the effects of randomness through strategic decisions and planning. The game is a balanced mix of luck and strategy, with player decisions playing a significant role in the final outcome.

Overview

From the publisher: The Dragon Ball Super Card Game is a card game with characters from not just Dragon Ball Super, but countless other Dragon Ball series! Description: The Dragon Ball Super Card Game is the newest iteration of the Dragon Ball license applied to a collectible card game. While borrowing some basic terms and ideas from previous versions of the game, DBS introduces a number of new mechanics including a unique "combo" system, cards used for multiple purposes (energy, combos and characters) and a system designed to emulate the tendency of Dragon Ball characters to "power up" after taking damage.
